The learned counsel for the Petitioner at the outset seeks leave to delete respondent No.1 from the array of respondents, leave granted, deletion be done forthwith. Leave is also sought to correct the nomenclature of respondent Nos. 2 and 3. Leave granted. Upon the same being done, since the petition raises a grievance that the judgment dated 27.9.2023 passed by this Court has not been complied with, issue notice to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 returnable on 6th August 2024.
