DATED : MAY 10, 2024 P.C.:

1.

Learned advocate for the management has moved the praecipe for modification of order dated 2 May 2024. She stated that due to misinformation, a statement was made on behalf of the management that they had already sent voluntary retirement application to the Education Officer. However, she now states that on petitioner signing such documents, within three days from the date of his signing, the documents shall be sent to the Education Officer. The Education Officer shall, thereafter, comply with the consent order within six weeks thereafter.
