Mr. Dubey, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent states that order dated 7th June 2023 passed by a learned Single Judge has been complied with and entire amount has been paid by the Respondent. On instructions, he further states that an amount of Rs.10,000/- per month will be deposited in the account of the Petitioner on or before 10th day of each succeeding month. He states that such first deposit of Rs.10,000/- will be made on or before 10th May 2025. The said statements made by Mr. Dubey, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent, on instructions of the Respondent, are accepted as undertaking given to this Court by the Respondent.

Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is disposed of, however, with no order as to costs.
