Mr. Surve, the learned counsel for the applicant requested for referring the matter to the Mediator to explore the possibility of settlement of the matrimonial dispute. Mr. Neb, the learned counsel for the non-applicant made a statement that the talks about settlement of the matrimonial dispute was already completed, but the dispute has not been settled, so also there is no possibility of settlement of the matrimonial dispute through the Mediation.

Under these circumstances, both the parties are hereby called upon the argue the matter on merit.
