Issue in the present Contempt Petition pertains to tenure of private Respondent being concerned with change report during the period 2014-2019. Mr. Narvankar, learned Advocate for private Respondent would submit that considering that the tenure of Respondent is already over and it having been ended in 2019, unless and until Petitioner proves any continuous fraudulent act on behalf of the private Respondent, the Petition has become infructuous. 3.

Learned Advocate for Petitioner is directed to take instructions in view of the aforesaid submission and accordingly apprise the Court on the next adjourned date.
