This is a Contempt Petition. Today, Mr. Zatakia Learned Counsel has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos.3, 4 and 6. 2.

Mr. Balsara, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the rest of the Respondents have all been served, however, none of them appears today. He undertakes to file an affidavit of service proving service upon other Respondents. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also undertakes to give notice of the adjourned date of hearing to the Respondents who have not appeared today though served.
