A copy of the order dated 3rd May 2024 passed by the Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation ("UMC") is placed on record. This according to the learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 Corporation is in compliance of the order passed by this Court.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner however insists that the contemnors have committed willful disobedience of this court's order.
