Mr. Y. B. Lengare, the learned counsel for the petitioners in this batch of contempt cases states that many of the petitioners have yet not been paid pension and other pensionary benefits. This statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners is disputed by learned counsel for the respondents who seek one week's time for taking instructions in the matter and, if necessary, to file an affidavit.
