Though served, none appears for the respondent. This application is filed seeking transfer of the proceeding of Petition No. 1 of 2023 pending in the Court of learned CJSD, Kallamb to the Court of CJSD, Karjat, Dist. Ahmednagar. The application is by wife. The proceeding which is sought to be transferred is filed at Kallamb. It is difficult for the applicant to undertake travel for attending the proceedings. There is also a child with the mother. There is no one to accompany her to attend the proceeding at Kallamb. 02.

Considering the position, this Court is inclined to pass following order.

i) The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). ii) After transfer of the proceeding, the applicant shall not unnecessarily seek adjournment in the proceeding. iii) The application is accordingly disposed off.
