Heard both the sides at length. By the present application the applicant is seeking transfer of HMP No.111 of 2023 from the file of learned CJSD, Basmatnagar, Dist. Hingoli to the file of learned Family Court, Aurangabad. Accordingly, status of the said matter was checked on the official website and it has been found that on 28.03.2026 the proceeding bearing HMP No.111/2023 is disposed of.

In view of above, cause of action in the present application does not survive and hence it is dismissed.
