Mr. Deshpande, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, makes a statement that compromise talks between the applicant and the non-applicant are ongoing and that there is every possibility of a settlement of the matrimonial dispute. He therefore prays for an adjournment.

Previously also, adjournments were sought twice on the same ground, however, till date no proposal has been placed on record. Therefore, as a last chance, four weeks' time is granted
