By this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- "(a) Pass an order initiating the contempt proceedings against respondent/contemnors for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 06.05.2024 passed in Interim Application No.2253 of 2023 in Criminal Writ Petition No.1852 of 2023, and punish respondents/ contemnors in accordance with law (Exhibit "O" herewith); and (b) Allow the present Petition and hold and declare that the Respondent have committed contempt of Court by willfully disobeying and in breach of and in violation of H.C.SHIV 1/2
903.cp349.24.doc the order and directions issued by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 06.05.2024 (Exhibit "O" herewith) passed in Interim Application No.2253 of 2023 in Criminal Writ Petition No.1852 of 2023 and he dealt with for such willful contempt under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

Mr. Venegavkar, learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State states that due to some miscommunication the interim order dated 6th May, 2024 passed in Interim Application No.2253 of 2023 in Criminal Writ Petition No.1852 of 2023, was not conveyed to the Authority, as a result of which a decision was taken to cancel the license of the petitioner. Mr.Venegavkar, learned P. P. further submits, on instructions, that when the said order dated 6th May, 2024 was brought to its notice, a meeting was convened and the decision taken to cancel the license was withdrawn/cancelled.

In view of aforesaid, we do not find that the authorities have committed any contempt of our order. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed and as such, is disposed of.
