Issue notice before admission to respondent no.1 to answer this petition as to why the Court shall not proceed further to consider the prayers as made against respondent no.1 of having committed contempt of the order dated 12 September 2023 passed by the Division Bench of this Court on Writ Petition No. 10576 of 2023 in not deciding the arbitration proceedings. Hamdast is permitted.

In addition to the Court notice, learned advocate for the petitioner is permitted to serve respondent no.1 by private service by all permissible modes and place on record an affidavit of service. 3.

Let a copy of this order be also forwarded to respondent no.1 along with the notice by the learned advocate for the petitioner. 4.
