The petition seeks to bring to the notice of this Court the violation of the arrangements between the parties, as recorded in paragraph 4 of the order dated 12.10.2023, on the ground that clause (b) thereof directs the mother to ensure that the younger child Aanav shall attend the school. It is contended that this clause is violated, which is based on WhatsApp message sent to the petitioner by the Vice Principal of the School, which indicates that the child has not attended the school from 3.06.2024, the new academic session.
