The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner relies on the order passed in Writ Petition No. 1650 of 2024 along with Interim Application No. 3744 of 2024, wherein an order was passed on 19th June 2025, recording the statement made by the respective counsel that the parties have decided to withdraw the proceedings filed against each other in various courts and forums. Today, it is informed that the matters have been withdrawn, and therefore, nothing survives in the present Contempt Petition. 2.

In view thereof, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of. With disposal of the present Contempt Petition, the connected Interim Application also stands disposed of.
