The petition alleges the contempt of the order dated 07.10.2022 passed by the Family Court on account of its non compliance. The petitioner has already initiated proceedings under Section 18 of the Family Courts Act, for execution of this order. In view of which, I am not inclined the exercise the contempt jurisdiction.
