The learned counsel appearing for the applicant made a statement that he has already issued notice for withdrawal of his Vakalatnama. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the nonapplicant placed on record a copy of order dated 09.04. 2026 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chalisgaon in H. M. P. No.255 of 2024 (Rohitkumar Jadhav Vs. Pooja Jadhav). The said order dated 09.04.2026 appears that the petitioner in H.M.P. No.255 of 2025, who is the non-applicant in the present
