The contempt is alleged of the order dated 2nd January 2024 directing the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to permit the Petitioner to meet the child once in a fortnight.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that copy of the order dated 2nd January 2024 was served upon the Respondent No. 1 and 2 however there was non compliance. 4.

Issue notice to the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 returnable on 16th October 2024. It is made clear that this is not the notice issued in contempt jurisdiction as contemplated by Chapter-XXXIV of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960. [Sharmila U.
