By order of 18th September, 2024, this Court had issued notice to the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 specifying that this is not a notice issued under the contempt jurisdiction. Office noting indicates that the notice issued to Respondent Nos.1 and 2 has been returned unserved with the Bailiffs remark that the Respondent No.1 refused to accept the notice for herself and on behalf of Respondent No.2 and did not allow pasting.

Reissue notice to Respondent Nos.1 and 2, to be served through Chandannagar Police Station, Pune, returnable on 30th January, 2025. The concerned Police Officer to submit service report before the next date.
