Learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, on instructions of Respondent No. 2, who is present in Court, submits that in compliance of order dated 2nd January, 2024, the Respondents will produce the child at 11:00 a.m. in Family Court, Pune and shall permit the Petitioner to take access of child from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the said Center on Saturday, i.e. 1st February, 2025. 2.

List the Petition on 4th February, 2025.
