This Court is informed that pursuant to the order of 30th January, 2025, the access of child was taken from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent submits that the child attends school on 1st and 3rd Saturday till 1:30 p.m. and therefore, it is not possible to give access of the child at 11:00 a.m. 2.

Ms. Sarnaik, Learned Senior Advocate, on instructions of the Petitioner, fairly concedes that access of child can be taken after school hours. With the consensus of the parties, the Respondent to produce the child at 3:00 p.m. in the Family Court Complex at Pune to permit the Petitioner access of the child from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month. It is not possible sa_mandawgad 1 of

56cp375-24 for the access of child to be given on 2nd and 4th Saturday, as the Family Court Complex is closed on 2nd and 4th Saturday and at present, the access of child is limited only on the working days of the Family Court Complex of Pune.
