Contempt is alleged of the order dated 2nd January, 2024, by which this Court had directed the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to allow the Applicant/Appellant to meet the child once in fortnight i.e. on every 1st and 3rd Saturday in the Child Welfare Center of Family Court, Pune.

As the access of the child was not given, the present Contempt Petition came to be filed. During the hearing of the Contempt Petition, this Court directed the access of the child in accordance with the order passed on 2nd January, 2024, which is stated to have been complied. By consent, the learned counsel for the parties submits that the parties will continue to comply with the order of 4th February, 2025, which had modified the time of the access of the child in view of school timings.
