The Contempt Petition is filed making a grievance that the Respondent has breached the order passed by this Court on 11 September 2023.

The learned AGP states that the order is complied with on 24 July 2024 and consequential steps would be taken. This fact is accepted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner. The Contempt Petition is coming up on the board for the first time. No notice has been issued. In light of this position, we are not inclined to proceed Sneha Chavan
