In view of the Orders passed in Writ Petition Nos. 12874 of 2024, 12875 of 2024 and 12876 of 2024, nothing would survive in Contempt Petition Nos. 383 of 2024, 384 of 2024 and 385 of 2024 and the same are disposed of. However, the Petitioners in Contempt Petition would be at liberty to take out such proceedings as are considered appropriate, in the event there is failure on the part of the Defendants in complying with order of deposit made by this Court.
