In pursuance of the order dated 05.03.2026, the learned AGP has tendered an affidavit dated 12.03.2026, sworn by the Assistant Collector and Sub-divisional Officer, Nashik. Certain documents have been annexed to the said affidavit, including an amended final award dated 09.03.2026. The said document specifies the amount of compensation now found to be payable to the petitioners. A copy of the said affidavit along with annexures, has been served on the learned counsel for the petitioners.

We are of the opinion that since this is a contempt petition, it would be appropriate that the affidavit along with documents is placed on record of this Court.

Let the affidavit be filed within one week from today. 4.

List the petition for further consideration on 01.04.2026, to be included in the supplementary list.
