The Petitioner had filed Writ Petition No.1841/2019 which was disposed of by order dated 3 April 2022 directing Respondent Nos.3 and 4 therein- the Management to pay the salary of the contempt Petitioner. Contempt Petitioner alleges that the said order is not complied by the Respondent-Management. 2.

Issue notice before admission to Respondent Nos.3 to 5, returnable on 30 August 2024. At this stage, we are not issuing a notice for initiating contempt because we are granting one more opportunity to Respondent-Management to comply with the order.
