55. CP 400 OF 2024.ODT has not paid the arrears due despite the dismissal of SLP by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Mr. Govilkar, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 5, has submitted that the arrears due of the Petitioner would be 70 Lakhs approximately, but in view of the pendency of the curative petition, before the Supreme Court, hence, at this stage, the Respondent No. 5 be permitted to deposit only 50% of the said amount, without prejudice to the rights and contention of the Respondent No. 5 in the matter. 4.

Having heard the submission made at the bar, we direct this matter be listed again on 23.12.2025, high on board. 5.

A sum of Rs. 35 Lakhs shall be deposited by the Respondent No. 5, before the Registry of this Court on or before 19th December 2025.
