1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that an amount of Rs.26,69,342/- (after deducting the tax) has been deposited in the office. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the said amount on making a formal application.

Learned counsel for respondent No.4, on instructions,

LSP 2 22 cp 400.24.doc submitted that the salary will be paid to the petitioner from next month as per the pay scale. The statement made on instructions is accepted.

In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this contempt petition any further. We also find the contempt petition should not proceed any further. The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
