The petitioner is granted leave to amend the cause title so as to add the present Executive President of the Ratnagiri Zilla Maratha Dnyati Samaj, Mumbai, as a respondent, so as to ensure compliance of the Court's order.

From the submission of respondent No.4, it appears that the respondent No. 5 is continuing to function as the Secretary of the Committee but he has not appeared in this case despite issuance of notice.

We make it clear that if the respondent No. 5 makes any attempt to avoid compliance of this Court's order, this Court will consider issuing Bailable Warrant of Arrest / Non Bailable Warrant of Arrest so as to secure his presence.
