Writ Petition No.11436/2023 and Writ Petition No. 11434/2023 filed by the Contempt Petitioners Yogita Shingte and Nilesh Dhale respectively were allowed by judgment and order dated 11 September 2023 directing the Deputy Director of Education to include the name of the Petitioners in Shalarth ID system. As
LSP 2 14-16 cp 399-401.24.doc regards these Petitioners the order is not complied with. Hence, the Contempt Petition. The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that as regards Vaishali Pratap Pathak, she had filed Writ Petition No.11768/2022 which was also disposed of by the said judgment dated 11 September 2023 and the Contempt Petition filed by that Petitioner was disposed of on 25 July 2024 as the order was complied with.

The learned AGP would take instructions as regards the present contempt petitions for compliance. Stand over to 12 August 2024.

By order dated 11 September 2023 copy of which is annexed to this contempt petition, eleven petitions were disposed of. If in the matters other than the parties who have filed contempt petitions the order is not complied with, the Deputy Director shall take steps so that those parties are not forced to approach this Court by filing contempt petitions.
