Learned senior counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Respondent is continuously flouting the order of injunction granted by the Co-operative Court in Case No. CC/I/413 of 2019. He has placed on record the photo copy of correspondence indicates the intimation of the said order being given to the Shantanu Dhudum 1/2

He further drew attention of the Court to the photographs placed on record showing obstruction being caused by the Respondent to others, in contravention of the order passed by the Co-operative Court. Prima facie consideration of record indicates that case is made out for issuance of simple notice. 3.

Hence, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 8th October, 2024.
