Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

Respondent has filed affidavit in reply. Issue relates to dispute over parking of vehicle in the parking space allotted by the Society. After perusing the reply and after hearing both the learned Advocates, I have requested both the Advocates to attempt reconciliation without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both parties and put and end to the entire dispute. If required, Mediator can also be appointed by this Court for resolution, if requested by them. In my opinion, the issue in the present case needs to be resolved by both the parties by taking a step forward or backward for harmonious existence of all parties including the Respondent in the Society premises. 3.
