By order of 24th February 2025 this Court noted that though the earlier order of 15th January 2025 was recalled in view of the submission made that the payment though shown to have been made, was in fact not made, it was substantiated that compensation was deposited not on 10th January 2025 but on 23rd January 2025. Considering the clarification which is now given by the Respondentcontemnor, contempt notice stands discharged. 2.

In view of the previous orders passed by this Court, Dr. Sabban would submit that Contempt Petition be disposed of by restoring order dated 15th January 2025.

In view of above, order of 15th January 2025 is restored and Contempt Petition stands dismissed.
