It appears that towards implementation of the order passed by the School Tribunal, Petitioner is already reinstated. Mr. Bandiwadekar, the learned counsel appearing for the RespondentManagement would submit that the order passed by the School Tribunal is being challenged by filing a separate Writ Petition. Petitioner otherwise has alternate remedy getting the order of the School Tribunal executed.
