Yesterday, when this Contempt Petition along with Writ Petition

had come on board, Mr. Ravish Mishra, learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in the Contempt Petition submitted that earlier some other Advocate was appearing and he has instructions to appear in the matter. He submitted that although Mr. Amit Mittal is added as Contemnor No. 2, said Mr. Amit Mittal is merely non executive director of the Respondent No. 2.

In view of the said contention, Ms. Jane Cox, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner in the Contempt Petition has produced relevant extract from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs website showing the information of the Company. The said information shows that Ms. Dipali Mittal is a Whole-time Director, and Mr. Amit Mittal, Ms. Chaitali Sharma, Ms. Atima Khanna and Mr. Vikas Agarwal are the Directors. Pursuant to the Order dated 27.08.2024, Ms. Dipali Mittal is present in the Court.

Accordingly in view of the information which is available on the website of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Ms. Jane Cox, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to amend to add Ms. Dipali Mittal, Mr. Amit Mittal, Ms. Chaitali Sharma, Ms. Atima Khanna and Mr. Vikas Agarwal as Contemnors. Leave as aforesaid is granted. All consequential amendments be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with.

Mr. Ravish Mishra, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent

Nos. 1 to 3 states that all these newly added Contemnors will remain present before this Court on 2nd September, 2024. 5.
