The prayer in the petition is to direct Respondent No. 4 i.e. Administrative Officer of Kolhapur Municipal Corporation to pay the salary to the Petitioner from June 2010 to 30 June 2012. The Petitioner has stated in the petition that the Petitioner was working with Respondent No. 5- the Management. There is no prayer against Respondent No. 5- the Management as regards payment of salary. Husen 1

11(1) WP-13969-2016.doc The petition has remained pending since the year 2015. We are informed that in the meanwhile the Petitioner has retired from the service. A question arises of Petitioner's pension. This is not the subject matter of the petition.

In these circumstances, considering the fact that in the last decade several developments have taken place, we dispose of the writ petition, keeping it open to the Petitioner to file a substantive petition in respect of grievances that remain to be redressed. 3.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
