I am satisfied that, the Respondent has committed Contempt of Court by not complying with order dated 14th February 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in Criminal Revision Application No.409 of 2023. It is very clear that the said breach is willful.

The learned Single Judge in the said order has observed that although it is the contention of the Respondent that his monthly income is Rs.1,12,000/-, he has advanced a loan of Rs.1.82 crore to the private limited company, where his father is a Director. Thus, the learned Single Judge has in effect observed that the Respondent has concealed his income.

The order of the learned Single Judge passed on 14th Vaibhav Page No. 1

919-CP-454-2024.doc February 2024 has been confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Thus, prima facie I am satisfied that the breach is willful and deliberate.

Accordingly, the Respondent to file reply on or before 29th April 2025. As this is a Contempt Petition and I am prima facie satisfied that the Respondent has committed Contempt, the Respondent shall remain present in this Court on each and every date on which this Contempt Petition is listed. 5.

Stand over to 30th April 2025. To be shown first on 'Supplementary Board'.
