I have in earlier order recorded prima facie satisfaction that the Respondent is in breach of the order, which is willful and deliberate. As some apprehension is expressed that the Respondent is likely to go out of India, the Respondent is directed to submit passport before the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) within a period of three days from today.
