This Court has passed the following order on 30th April 2025:

1. Mr. Shine, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent hands over Demand Draft of Rs.20,00,000/- issued in favour of the Petitioner.

2. Mr. Aher, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that even after this payment, an amount of Rs.28,00,000/- is still outstanding.

3. Mr. Shine, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent, on the instructions of the Respondent, states that Demand Draft of Rs.10,00,000/- will be handed over to the Petitioner by the next date.

4. Stand over to 8th May 2025. To be listed fairly high on the Supplementary Board.

5. I have in earlier order recorded prima facie satisfaction that the Respondent is in breach of the order, which is willful and deliberate. As some apprehension is expressed that the Respondent is likely to go out of India, the Respondent is directed to submit passport before the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) within a period of three days from today."

Mr. Shine, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent states that the Respondent is ready to pay entire amount of Rs.28,00,000/- which is outstanding as on date. He hands over Demand Draft dated 7th May 2025 issued in the name of Rekha Sachin Chaudhary to the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

Mr. Sachin Nathuram Chaudhary, the Respondent is personally present in Court and he tenders unconditional apology for not complying with the order dated 14th February 2024 passed by a learned Single Judge in Criminal Revision Application No.409 of 2023. He further states that maintenance of Rs.50,000/- per month granted in Domestic Violence proceedings and maintenance of Rs.50,000/- per month granted in Family Court proceedings i.e. an aggregated amount of Rs.1,00,000/- will be deposited in the

account of the Petitioner on or before 10th day of each succeeding month. First such payment shall be made on or before 10th June 2025. The said statements of the Respondent are accepted as undertakings given to this Court.

Accordingly, as the Respondent has purged the contempt and also tendered unconditional apology, which is accepted by this Court, no further action needs to be taken.

It is clarified that the said statements made by the Respondent-Sachin Nathuram Chaudhary are subject to the result of the Petition filed in the Supreme Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is disposed of in above terms.

As the Contempt Petition is disposed of and as the order is complied with, the learned Registrar (Judicial-I), High Court, Bombay is requested to handover the Passport of the Respondent to the Respondent.
