The present Contempt Petition is filed by the Petitioner against the Contemnor / Respondent for disobeying the order dated 31.03.2023 passed by this Court while disposing of the Application. 3.

Petitioner seeks amendment to the Contempt Petition to place on record the final order of disposal of Miscellaneous Civil Application No.362 of 2022. That final disposal order was passed on 15.06.2023. That order is not appended to the Contempt Petition. Leave to amend is granted. Necessary amendment is permitted to be carried out within a period of two week from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with.
