Heard learned Advocate Shri Nevshe for the Petitioner-Wife. 2.

It is true that earlier Misc. Civil Application No. 362 of 2022 filed by the Wife for transfer is already disposed of on 15.06.2023. During its pendency, this Court has directed the husband on 31.03.2023 to deposit or pay 50% of the arrears of maintenance in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division at Vadgaon - Maval, Pune within six weeks. This order is modified on 25.04.2023. This amount to be transferred directly to the Bank account of the Petitioner-wife. Seema 1/2

Those details were provided but while transferring the money through RTGS, the Husband-Respondent has mentioned one wrong digit of that bank account. That is how money is not credited to the bank account of the Petitioner-wife. It was for Rs. 2,00,000/-. Remaining amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- is also not deposited. Hence, this contempt petition.

Issue notice before admission to the Respondent-Husband returnable on 06 th December 2024. Additionally, private notice is allowed and service affidavit be filed.

The Respondent-husband is at liberty to pay Rs. 3,00,000/- to the wife by transferring it to her account.

Matter be kept on 06th December 2024.
