Heard Mr. Chinnappa, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner alleges contempt of our order dated 8 October 2021. By this order, the respondents were directed to renew the petitioner's licenses within a reasonable period. Mr. Chinnappa states that despite repeated pleas and lapse of more than reasonable period, the licenses are till date not renewed.

Accordingly, we issue notices to the respondent nos.1, 2 and 3, returnable on 3 July 2025 to show cause as to why action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 should not be initiated. In the meanwhile, it will be open to the respondents to comply with directions contained in our order dated 8 October 2021, particularly, such directions were issued based upon the statement made by the respondents.

The respondents should appreciate that the petitioners are persons with disabilities and, therefore, it is expected that greater sensitivity is displayed by the respondents. 5.

The petitioner to take immediate steps to serve the respondent nos.1, 2 and 3. Registry to also take immediate steps to issue notices to respondent nos.1, 2 and 3. Copy of this order must be served upon the respondents along with notices.
