The Petitioner alleges the contempt of our order dated 20 June 2024. By our order dated 20 June 2024, we have formally quashed the impugned communication dated 22 November 2023 by which the Petitioner's building permission was cancelled. Since, by our order the impugned communication stands cancelled, no further direction was issued for revoking the communication dated 22 November 2023.

In the above circumstances, we failed to understand how any contempt can be alleged.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner claims that some documents of the Petitioner are not being registered by the registering authorities. Such a grievance is quite alien to compliance with the directions in our order dated 20 June 2024. If the Petitioner has any grievance about nonregistration of the documents, it is open to the Petitioner to take out such proceedings as the Petitioner may be advised. However, no relief for registration of documents can be granted in the Contempt Petition given our order dated 20 June 2024.
