: SANDEEP V. MARNE, J.
DATE : 12 FEBRUARY 2025.
P.C. :
1) Heard Mr. Nargolkar, the learned counsel appearing for Respondents. He would submit that an amount of Rs. 38,03,175/- had already been paid to the Petitioner. He would submit that after receipt of declaration form from the Petitioner for provident fund, further amount of Rs. 6,58,417/- would also be paid to the Petitioner. Ms. Deshpande would dispute the figures computed by the Respondents. In my view, such a dispute cannot be adjudicated in contempt jurisdiction by this Court. Petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate steps in respect of the disputed figures. 2) Contempt Petition is accordingly closed and disposed of.
