The Petition challenges breach of order of temporary injunction dated 21 December 2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Silvassa. If the order of temporary injunction is indeed breached, the Petitioner has efficacious remedy of filing application under provisions of Order 39 Rule 2-A(1) of the Code.
