The learned counsel for the Petitioner sought issuance of the notice to the Respondent for Contempt of the judgment of the Supreme Court in case of Arnesh Kumar V/s. The State of Bihar & Anr.1, for non compliance of directions issued therein.

The learned APP is directed to instruct concerned Police Station to bring entire record in Crime No.177 of 2023 (2014) 8 SCC 273 N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

It is clarified that the said record will not be permitted to be perused by the Petitioner or any other party. An appropriate order would be passed after perusal of the said report. 5.
