On the face of it, it seems that the order passed by this Court on 28th November 2023 in Writ Petition No.4376 of 2017 has not been complied with by the concerned authority. This Court was about to issue notice under Rule 9(1) of Chapter XXXIV of the Bombay High Court, Appellate Side Rules, 1960, against the concerned person, however, learned AGP has sought time to seek instructions. At her request, stand over to 20th September 2024.
