During the course of hearing this Court has raised a query as to whether it is open for this Court to decide the issue of correctness of the calculation when the order dated 28.11.2023 passed in W.P. No. 4376 of 2017, para (iii) of the said order reads thus : "iii. The Respondents to pay Rs.6,11,600/- with interest of 6% per annum from the date of lodging the claim for refund of stamp duty i.e. 08.02.2013 with applicable deductions." 3.
