The learned counsel for the Respondent submit that, within four weeks the Respondent will deposit the entire award amount alongwith accrued interest thereon. The learned counsel for Contempt Petitioner strongly objected for adjournment on the ground that sufficient chances are given to Respondent to deposit the amount.

Considering the submission of learned counsel last chance is given to the Respondent-Corporation to deposit the compensation amount along with accrued interest before this Court within four weeks, if Respondent fail to deposit the amount, this Court would pass necessary order. 4.
