Issue notice in the format prescribed under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to Respondent No.4, returnable on 2nd December, 2024. Respondent No.4 shall file an affidavit in reply to the notice.

In the interregnum, Respondent No.4 is at liberty to comply with the directions and commence the payment of salary of the Petitioner No.3.
